To streamline operation, a digital control system enables operators to program recipes, and users can also lock the custom controls to prevent unintended or unauthorized changes. On the fluorescent display, operators can check the unit's settings, including temperature, belt speed, and diagnostics.
Equipped with a cool-to-the-touch handle, this Lincoln 1131-000-V impinger conveyor oven protects employees from burns while taking pizzas out of the oven.
