Door Type Commercial Dishwashers or Rack Commercial Dishwashers
Door type commercial dishwashers or rack commercial dishwashers are similar to conveyor dishwashers but just smaller. They are meant to connect to either clean dish tables or dirty dish tables.
How you use these dishwashers is that you take a rack that is compatible with your dishwasher and fill it full of dishes. From there, all you have to do is load the rack into the dishwasher, close it and set the wash cycle to the appropriate setting. It cleans dishes quickly and effectively.
The daily capacity of many door type or rack commercial dishwashers is typically between 30 and 350 dish and flatware racks per day, making them ideal for small to midsize restaurants. These are excellent for small to midsize local restaurants, but may not be able to withstand the washing capacity that you need for larger chain restaurants.
Undercounter Commercial Dishwashers
Undercounter commercial dishwashers are ideal for compact kitchens, small restaurants and are even great for separate dishwashers for a small or attached bar. These smaller machines are easy to place and connect in your restaurant, and they typically clean between 20 to 30 dish and flatware racks per day.
Most of these commercial dishwashers have a single door on the front, and will look like the residential dishwashers you can find in homes, condominiums and apartments. The great thing about these compact dishwashers is that you can find them with different controls and displays that make them easy to set and program them. These dishwashers clean and dry dishes very quickly.
