This Cres Cor® Hot Cabinet is fully insulated and keeps prepared foods at serving temperatures. It features non-corrosive, Hi-Tensile aluminum construction and has a smooth coved interior to prevent buildup. This cabinet has self-closing insulated Dutch doors to prevent temperature loss, and includes twelve sets of chrome plated wire universal angles. These accommodate a variety of pan sizes. This cabinet is finished with heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two with brakes.
