The Hatco FSDT-1 commercial holding and display cabinet maintains ready-to-serve temperatures by incorporating a combination of heat and humidity. A 3⁄4-gallon stainless steel water reservoir stores the water for moisture buildup, while the tempered glass door and side panels retain heat. The water reservoir can be refilled in its front-mounted water cup, and its interior drain tube’s accessible design also simplifies draining and cleaning. If water levels drop or heating elements fizzle out, a low-water protection system will alert the operator, and overall, the 22.42-inch-wide by 24.11-inch-deep by 27.54-inch-high unit can keep foods warm for as many as four hours.
