The Ultrafryer E17-14 4-Battery Electric Fryer System (Model Series: B-E17-14-4-UC / UCP) is a massive, high-output commercial frying battery. Engineered for high-volume quick-service restaurants, stadiums, and heavy-production kitchens, this configuration links four independent 14-inch frying vats into a single continuous stainless steel cabinet structure with a shared, built-in oil filtration system.
Mounted on heavy-duty casters, it offers exceptional temperature recovery times and top-tier energy efficiency for high-capacity continuous frying.

High-Efficiency Flat Bar Elements: Features immersion flat bar heating elements that run directly inside the cooking zone. This design maximizes the surface-area-to-oil contact, rapidly transferring electrical energy into the vat and virtually eliminating recovery lag times between heavy, frozen batches.

UltraClear™ / UltraClear Plus Filtration: Tucked entirely beneath the vats is a self-contained, low-profile oil filtration tub assembly. Using internal plumbing and an automatic shortening return pump, operators can safely drop, scrub, and pump purified oil back into any vat mid-shift in under 4 minutes.

UltraStat® 23 Computer Controls: Outfitted with 10-key digital programmable computers on each individual vat deck. This allows you to store custom menu profiles, track separate hold times, and utilize the UltraGuard™ automatic melt cycle to safely bring solid or liquid shortening up to temperature without scorching the oil or dry-firing an empty vat.
