The Pratica Forza STi is a specialized high-speed countertop pizza oven designed to deliver authentic, stone-baked results in a fraction of the time required by traditional ovens. Engineered specifically for 7-to-12-inch artisanal pizzas, it combines high-temperature impinging air with a heated ceramic stone to cook a fresh-dough pizza in as little as 2 to 3 minutes.

The Forza STi uses a sophisticated "ventless" system that allows it to be placed almost anywhere without the need for a costly Type-1 hood.
