This unit is best suited for medium-to-high volume kitchens where recovery time is critical. If you are cooking delicate items like eggs or pancakes exclusively, you might consider the Chrome (524CHSF) version to prevent sticking, but for general purpose grilling (meats, buns, hash browns), the standard 524TGF is the industry workhorse.
