Its impingement blower operates at multiple speeds, and its dual motors are separately controlled for vertically recirculated air impingement. With top and bottom jet plates, this oven can cook the bottom and top of crusts at different settings. This unit is adjustable with touch controls and a digital display, and it holds as many as 200 programmed recipes for cooking at the touch of a button.
The TurboChef I5-TC countertop microwave convection oven's door can be opened with a pull-down handle. Hand grips on both sides make it simple to maneuver to clean underneath and reposition it. Designed for countertop use, it features a 24-inch-wide cooking chamber and measures 28.10 inches wide by 28.25 inches deep by 24.30 inches high. It's fully insulated to reduce energy loss, and to streamline cleaning, it's equipped with a removable rack and grease collection pan.
