The Lincoln Impinger II (1100 Series) 1132 is a premier commercial conveyor pizza oven engineered for high-volume operations like pizzerias, fast-casual restaurants, and sandwich chains. Utilizing advanced air impingement technology, it blasts hot air under pressure directly at the food, cooking pizzas and menu items up to two to four times faster than conventional deck ovens.

When configured as a double-stack system, it maximizes production output while saving critical back-of-house kitchen floor space.

  • Double-Stack Capacity: Stacking two independent Lincoln 1132 units gives your kitchen two separate 28-inch baking chambers.   • Optional FastBake™ Technology: Available on select variations, this configuration uses optimized airflow profiles to reduce baking times by up to an additional 35% with absolutely zero increase in operating noise or loss of product consistency.
